ME Beauty Singapore
Lip embroidery, also called lip blush, adds a soft tint and definition to your lips, so they look fresher without reapplying lip colour all day. At ME Beauty, the shade is chosen to suit your natural lip colour and skin tone.
Lip embroidery places cosmetic pigment into the lips to add the look of colour and definition. It can even out pale or uneven lip colour and give a fresher everyday look. It does not add volume like a filler, and it is not the same as the full coverage of a lipstick.
It is a form of cosmetic tattooing, even when described as semi-permanent, so the colour is a longer-term decision.
Bring photos of lip colours you enjoy wearing. Your natural lip colour and skin undertone affect how a shade heals, so the same pigment can look different on different people. We discuss a realistic healed result with you before choosing the colour. Our guide to choosing a lip embroidery colour explains how to prepare. If your lips are naturally dark or uneven, read lip embroidery for dark lips.

Freshly treated lips look brighter and stronger than the final colour. Over the following days the lips may feel dry and flake. Avoid picking at them. As they heal, the colour softens towards the intended tint. The healed colour should be reviewed before deciding on any touch-up. Our lip healing guide explains each stage.
Worsening pain, spreading redness, pus or fever need medical assessment. Swelling of the mouth or throat or difficulty breathing needs emergency help.
Lip colour fades gradually, and how quickly varies from person to person. There is no fixed refresh schedule, and pigment does not always disappear completely. Ask about touch-ups and maintenance when you book.
Allergies, history of cold sores, previous lip procedures or fillers, medication, pregnancy or medical conditions.
Allow enough time for healing before a wedding or holiday. Mention the date when you enquire.
